What if I’m having trouble with one of the Morphic features, who should I ask for help?

How do I report a problem or bug in Morphic?

  • In the event you have a problem – send an email to support@morphic.org describing the bug or problem. Be as clear as possible and let us know if you can replicate the problem and how we could do so. Our team will contact you.

How do I contact someone?

  • For general questions, you can contact info@morphic.org.
  • For specific problems or questions about a particular installation, you can contact support@morphic.org. For your convenience, there is also a form below.

What customer support can we expect?

  • We have FAQ’s available about each feature of Morphic as well as a demo video explaining what each feature is.
  • If you cannot find the answer to your question(s) on our website, please feel free to contact support@morphic.org or fill out the form below. Since the basic Morphic features are being made available for free- support is limited.
